PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless channel controller that reserves and secures the QoS of a wireless channel while suppressing increase in the load of a wireless mobile unit. SOLUTION: The wireless channel controller is provided with a reception means that receives a QoS(Quality of Service) request expressed according to a 1st definition through a wireless mobile unit and a wireless base station, a conversion means that converts the QoS request into a QoS request expressed in a 2nd definition different from the 1st definition, and a wireless channel control means that controls the wireless base station to control the QoS of the wireless channel assigned between the wireless mobile unit and the wireless base station on the basis of the QoS request expressed according to the 2nd definition.
