PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding cellular phone and its incoming call operation method which enable to continue incoming call itself while suspending the incoming sound when receiving a call signal with being folded or with the transition state from being folded to open. SOLUTION: This folding cellular phone is provided with a button pushing part for typing signals for on-hook operations, off-hook operations, or dialing operation, a switching part for detecting a switching condition of the cellular phone, a control unit for controlling singing of incoming sound and/or transmission by programs based on the information from the button pushing part about the button that is pushed and the information from the switching part about switching condition, a transmitting-receiving part for transmitting and receiving waves between the base station of the cellular phone, an antenna for transmitting and receiving actually transmitted and received waves, and an external output device for generating a motion sound as incoming sound according to instructions from the control unit.
