PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency heating device of excellent performance which can heat objects evenly. SOLUTION: A cylindrical resonator 11 is connected to a square waveguide 13 to make up a feeder line for transmitting radio wave, a combining rod 14 is arranged concentric to a combining hole 11a drilled at the center of the resonator 11, and a disc-shaped antenna plate 15 has its center conformed with the axis center of the combining rod 14, and further, is fitted to the tip of the combining rod 14 so as to cross its axis center. Moreover, slim and long slots 17 of the same shape are arranged on the same circumference at an equiangular pitch with the same posture toward the center of the antenna plate 15.
