SOLUTION: The rental trader rents concerned rental equipment 400 with an agreement, to a customer. The rental equipment 400 then is set in a condition incapable of being used. An equipment control center 100 transmits an electronic key to the rental equipment, in response to received usage-starting requirements. The rental equipment 400, receiving the electronic key, is changed from the condition of disabled usage into usable condition. |
