SOLUTION: A care information service center 20 is constructed, and supporters are arranged in a plurality of remote areas. When a customer transmits required care information to the care information service center 20 through an information terminal 10, the care information service center 20 selects the supporter of the area where the subject to be cared is living or present and instructs the acquisition of care information. The supporter transmits the acquired care information to the care information service center 20. The care information service center 20 transmits the acquired care information to the customer, and charges the care information providing cost to the customer, and pays a fee to the supporter. |
