PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wind mill power generating system, capable of suppressing output fluctuations which are caused by the change of wind conditions. SOLUTION: This system includes a wind mill generator; an electric power system side generator; a Doppler radar 3, that measures wind vector at a given measuring point at a first time; a data processing part 5, that forecasts an output value of the wind mill generator at a second time based on the wind vector measured by the Doppler radar 3 at the measuring point at the first time; and a control device that controls an output of the electric power system side generator at the second time based on its second-time forecast output value received from the data processing part 5. |
