PURPOSE: A goods sale method is provided to enable a plurality of purchase candidates to participate in a sale event while presenting a regular money, to select one among the purchase candidates by a lottery method, and deliver a corresponding goods to the selected purchase candidate so that it can increase the sale revenue. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of presenting information on goods over a service web site, enabling a plurality of purchase candidates to participate in a sale event for the presented goods while paying a regular participation fee by a credit card or an electronic money, stopping the participation if the number of the sale event participants extends to a set number, determining one among the purchase candidates by performing a lottery, and delivering the corresponding goods to the lottery winner. The participants can determine the participation fee for enhancing a lottery winning probability.
