DECODER WITHOUT CHARGE PUMP AND NON-VOLATILE MEMORY DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A decoder without a charge pump and a non-volatile memory device comprising the same are provided, which reduces a layout area of a memory cell decoder and transfers a high voltage signal to a memory cell without degrading an operation characteristics even at a low power supply voltage. CONSTITUTION: The memory cell decoder(20A) enables word lines of a number of memory cells of a memory array in response to an address. The memory cell decoder comprises the first node(N15), and the first transfer part(19A) outputting a high voltage signal to the first node in response to an activation of the first selection signal selecting the memory cell decoder. A control part(11) generates the first control signal selecting the memory cell decoder in response to the address and discharges a signal of the first node when the first control signal is inactivated. And the second transfer part(M17-M18) outputs word line enable signals enabling the word line to the memory cells in response to the signal of the first node when the first selection signal and the first control signal are inactivated.
