<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the efficient use of a network when data are distributed from a server to multiple clients. SOLUTION: This network controller controls the distribution of multicast data by a hierarchical network composed of multiple layers including upper and lower networks; and a router proxy 203 judges whether or not the multicast data are distributed from the upper network to the lower network on the basis of a specific criterion and distributes the multicast data according to the judgement result.</p> |
