PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electronic material which can form a vermin repellent film, having vermin repellency for printed wiring board provided with coating components, a filler mixed inside resinous components, and vermin repellent agent which is held by the filler and to provide a manufacturing method of the printed wiring board. SOLUTION: According to the present invention, usage amount for vermin repellent agent contained in the electronic material printed wiring board can be reduced significantly, and furthermore reliability of of electronic apparatusses can be improved markedly.
