PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing method and structure for reducing manufacturing cost and a part cost by reducing the man-hours of assembling and the number of components. SOLUTION: When a FPC harness 20 is fixed to a door trim 10, a hole 24 of a fixed part 21 in the FPC harness 20 is engaged with a projection 12 of the door trim 10, and the top of the projection 12 projected from the hole 24 is welded by using a heating body. Then, the top of the projection 12 forms a welded part 12a, to fix the FPC harness 20 to the door trim 10. Once the door trim 10 is fixed to a door panel 40, the door module is completed.
