PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust air volume of ionized air without changing the number of rotation of a fan. SOLUTION: In a housing 11 of an electrostatic removing device, an air intake 17 guiding air to an inner fan is formed as well as a blowout duct 23 guiding discharge air outside from the fan, and a discharge electrode to generate ionized air is built in the duct 23. An air volume adjusting plate 27 to adjust an opening of the air intake 17 is provided in free sliding in the housing 11, and a blow out volume of the ionized air blowing out from the blowout duct 23 is adjusted by the air volume adjusting plate 27. A centrifugal sirocco fan or a breaking-through cross flow fan is used as a fan.
