PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electro-conductive heat generating paint with excellent heat resistant property, electric conductivity, and stable preservation property, with few load to the environment, economical and easy to handle. SOLUTION: This paint is made by mixing 25-100 weight part of graphite and 1-50 weight part of inorganic powder in 100 weight part of sodium silicate solvent. As an another example of implementation, a mixture, mixing 65 weight part of graphite and 15 weight part of magnesium silicate powder in 100 weight part of sodium silicate solvent, is put in a container and stirred, in this case, the concentration is controlled by diluting with necessary volume of water.
