PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data output system for appropriately extracting and outputting only a desired page without increasing the burden of a user when an output processing such as display, printing and compilation is performed. SOLUTION: A keyword setting part (keyword setting management part) for setting a keyword on the output propriety of respective pieces of page data in document data and transmitting it to a driver (printer driver 21) is arranged. The driver sets a system so that respective pieces of page data are judged to be transmitted or not to output devices (printers 12 and 15) in accordance with the presence or absence of the keyword in page data. |
