PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device, manufacturing method thereof, and electronic apparatus capable of sealing with a simple structure for a lower cost. SOLUTION: The optical device comprises an optical element 10, a substrate 20, and a flexible base material 30. A first part 31 of the flexible base material 30 is provided away from the substrate 20, a second part 32 around the first part 31 is bonded to the substrate 20, with a closed region 40 formed between the first part 31 and the substrate 20. The optical element 10 is mounted on the substrate 20 within the closed region 40. |
