PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute information to a person having a possibility of contacting the behavior information of the information provider even though the information provider does not clearly express a behavior history of his/her own behavior path, behavior range, etc. SOLUTION: In this information distribution system, a terminal 200 for an information provider, a terminal 300 for an information user and an information distributing device 100 are interconnected through a network 400. The information distributing device 100 receives the position information of the terminal 200 for an information provider and the terminal 300 for an information user to prepare a position information history database, and prepares a behavior history database on the basis of the position information history database and a map database. When the terminal 200 for an information provider transmits distribution information to the information distributing device 100, the information distributing device 100 retrieves the behavior information history database on the basis of the received distribution information and extracts the terminal 300 for an information user being a distribution destination. |
