The applicant management part 111 transmits an application template screen based on type data inputted in the type selection screen, next, a checking part 112 checks the inputted application data, and if the results of checking are satisfactory, a delivery part 113 transmits the application data to an examination and registration device 12 through a communication network 30. The examination and registration device 12 transmits the results of examination to the concentrated management device 11, and if the results of examination are permissible, it registers the application data and prints a permit. |
