PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film magnetic head, in which a DC resistance value can be stabilized and the conductivity can be improved, by forming by plating the contact part between a winding center part of a 1st coil layer and a winding center part of a 2nd coil layer. SOLUTION: By realizing a structure such as connecting a winding center part 58a of the 2nd coil layer with continuity to the upper surface of a 1st contact part 62 by forming the winding center part 54a of the 1st coil layer on the flattened surface and forming by plating the 1st contact part 62 on the above winding center part 54a, the stable DC resistance value can be obtained, and also the excellent conductivity can be obtained. |
