PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery having a shutdown function, a heat resistance, and a superior anti-electrochemical oxidation property, and provide the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery including the separator. SOLUTION: The separator for the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery is equipped with a shutdown layer and a heat-resistant porous layer, and on the surface of the heat-resistant porous layer but on the surface of the side where the shutdown layer is not arranged, it has a spacer of point-like, line-like, mesh-like, or porous film-like. The spacer is the separator which is an electrochemically stable organic polymer compound or a polymer compound containing an electrochemically stable inorganic compound. Further, this is a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery wherein the separator for the nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery is contained. |
