PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cleaner, capable of attaining low noise level and miniaturization of an electric cleaner and high usability by fitting a cooling fan for cooling a motor section inside the motor section. SOLUTION: This electric cleaner includes the motor section 29, having bearings 35, 36 on both sides of a shaft 37 of a rotor 45, brackets 33, 34 for forming a housing of the motor section 29, an impeller 31 fixed on one end of the shaft 37 of the rotor 45, and the cooling fan 90 for cooling the motor section 29 provided between the bearings 35, 36, thus miniaturization of a motor blower can be attained. The outer periphery of the cooling fan 90 is covered with the brackets 33, 34, so that wind noise itself, which is generated from the cooling fan 90 can be restrained.
