PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor that is suitably utilized when information data are transmitted to a plurality of transmission destinations when various information data such as inventory information and order receiving and placing information are respectively transmitted to a plurality of subcontract factories where a maker requests merchandise production. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with an information data managing means 1 for managing a factory code for identifying a transmission destination and the information data to be transmitted to a corresponding transmission destination while making the factory code correspond to the information data, an address number managing means 2 for managing the factory code, the e-mail address of the transmission destination and an address number such as a fax number while making the factory code correspond to the e-mail address and the address number, a factory code recognizing means 3 for recognizing the factory code made to correspond to the corresponding information data and managed in the case of transmitting the information data, an address number searching means 4 for searching for the address number managed while made to correspond to the factory code recognized by the means 3, and an information data transmitting means 5 for transmitting corresponding information data to the address number searched for by the means 4.
