PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device to be variously used with a high function and its related unit by utilizing the merit of a semi-conductor memory reproducing device. SOLUTION: The reproducing device reproduces recording information being acoustic and/or video data stored in a semi-conductor memory. The device is provided with a commander 2 for the adjustment operation of an acoustic reproduction state, which is freely attached/detached to the main body of an on-vehicle acoustic reproducing device 1.
