SOLUTION: In a health management communication device 1, the pulse data, electrocardiographic data, respiration data, acceleration data, body weight data, blood pressure data, body temperature data, and pulse wave data of the patient 100 are collected, and an inquiry for condition is also performed to the patient 100 by voice to collect answer data as the inquiry result. These data are transmitted to an information processor 3, and the health state of the patient 100 is evaluated using the data in the information processor 3. The evaluation result is reported to the patient 100, a doctor 200, and a home care trader 400.
