SOLUTION: This service system comprises a service center 1; a user terminal 2 for receiving a service such as input or inquiry of health data such as life content biological information measurement data, etc.; an adviser terminal 3 for answering the inquiry from the user in reference to the health data; a doctor terminal 4 for performing the physical examination of the user to register the examination data as a part of the health data, and referring to the health data of the user or grasping the answering state of the adviser; a management terminal 5 for acquiring the degree of improvement in health from medical expense data or the health data of the user as statistic data; and a communication network for connecting each terminal to the service center 1.
