PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice banner advertising system for advertising in voice in the course of access to a Web page to a portable terminal user having a small information display area. SOLUTION: A user transmits information for designating a desired Web page to read through a network 12 to a Web server 14 by a user terminal 11. The Web server 14 constructs Web page data by advertising data of an advertiser 15 and contents data, transmits the same to the user terminal 11, and records history information of the banner advertisement. The user terminal 11 received the Web page data extracts banner advertisement data from the Web page data, displays the Web page, and simultaneously reads the banner advertisement by voice synthesis. An information provider 13 operating the Web server 14 claims the advertisement charges to the advertiser 15 on the basis of the history information of the banner advertisement. |
