PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance visibility when transmitted and received mails are displayed as a list. SOLUTION: A condition setting means 2a sets a display condition 1 when information concerning the transmitted or received E-mail is displayed by a list. A re-arranging means 2b re-arranges information with respect to the E-mails to have a hierarchical structure in accordance with the display condition 1. A list display means 2c displays and outputs information concerning the E-mails which are re-arranged by the re-arranging means 2b.
