PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell power generating device which is equipped with a condensing lens that is improved in both weather resistance and long- term reliability. SOLUTION: A solar cell power generating device is composed of a light gathering means equipped with at least a condensing lens 102 and a solar cell 101, where the light receiving surface of the solar cell 101 is arranged so as not to be parallel with the surface of the condensing lens 102 of the light gathering means.
