PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for ISDN communications, its control method and a computer-readable recording device for realizing the control which enable to ensure the service with the party on line, by enabling to set arbitrarily the sending of an incoming sound that was sent when analog- receiving from a third party during a call with the opposite party in talking at present. SOLUTION: This control system for ISDN communications is provided with a memory of a sending-out time of the incoming sound for storing information about the sending-out time of the incoming sound including the time that defined in advance, a setting part of the sending-out time of the incoming sound for setting arbitrary a sending-out time of the incoming sound based on the information about the sending-out time of the incoming sound, and an analog communication processing part for sending out the incoming sound for the sending-out time of the incoming sound to an analog device that is connected to inside an ISDN communications control device.
