PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device receiving a radio wave by using a plurality of antennas and improving maximum input sensitivity. SOLUTION: The receiving device receives the radio wave by using a plurality of the antennas ANT1 to ANTn. In the case the prescribed antenna being a reception antenna at present receives the arriving radio wave, a switch part 2 switches and sets the antenna whose antenna gain is lower as the new reception antenna on condition that a reception state is satisfactory when the reception level of the antenna becomes close to the maximum input sensitivity of a signal processing part 1. Thus, maximum input sensibility improves and the occurrence of waveform distortion is previously prevented.
