PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in a conventional thermal circuit for an audio device that has caused sound interruption when the output signal from the thermal circuit inactivates a bias circuit to control the drive stage transistor(TR). SOLUTION: The thermal circuit is provided with an output shunt circuit connected to an output stage TR, a mute signal generating circuit that generates a mute signal, a thermal signal generating circuit that generates a thermal signal when the inside of the audio device reaches a high temperature, and a control circuit that generates a control signal on the basis of the mute signal or the thermal signal. The control signal activates the output shunt circuit to shunt a sound output signal.
