PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data correcting device for microcomputer capable of surely performing data correction even when an area for which data correction is required, is large. SOLUTION: The conventional comparator of a data changing device is changed to an area comparator (judger for judging whether or not an address enters the area of an area setting register). Thus, it is possible to effectively reduce the size of data for correction and the increase of a pattern capable of correcting data.
