PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for preventing troubles and crimes concerning a commercial transaction through a telephone or the Internet by temporarily depositing the money to be transferred in a bank. SOLUTION: In the system, the money to be transferred is temporarily deposited in a bank, and completion of the procedure of reservation of the transfer is reported to an object of the transfer. The money to be transferred is transferred by the bank to the account of the object when the transferring person cancels the reservation or leaves the reservation as it is for a prescribed period of time. |
