PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously solve such problems on countermeasures to any computer virus, illegal access to information resources in a network, and illegal connection to the network. SOLUTION: On each of information equipment, an agent for collecting the constitution and use situation of resources in the information equipment and the use situation by a user and a virus detecting means for injecting vaccine to any computer virus are mounted, and a monitoring device for monitoring the connected situation and traffic of the information equipment in a network is arranged. This method is provided with a step for downloading new vaccine in prescribed time intervals to the virus detecting means and a step for acquiring the information of the constitution and use situation of the resources of the information equipment collected by the agent through the Internet, and for recognizing the constitution and use situation of the resources of the respective information equipment in the network, and for detecting the illegal use and illegal connection. |
