METHOD AND DEVICE OF ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEATING FOR LARGE COOKING CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of electromagnetic induction heating of a large cooking container evenly for its whole bottom face with a practical small-output heating inverter. SOLUTION: A plural number of electromagnetic induction heating coils (31) (32) (33) in charge of partial heating zones (Z1) (Z2) (Z3) of a large cooking container (A) used in rotation are all made to face a bottom face of the cooking container (A) with the distances (R1) (R2) (R3) from the rotating axis line (O-O) gradually changing and in a state of scattered distribution with such a certain clearance kept from each other that the adjacent heating coils do not interfere with each other in magnetic field, and at same time, high frequency current supplied to each heating coil is adjusted and controlled to keep any partial heating zone of the cooking container (A) at an even temperature for the bottom face of the container (A) as a whole.
