PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate an antenna part and an infrared transmission/reception part and to miniaturize it. SOLUTION: A chamber 27 is disposed in the center of a substrate 24, a radiation electrode 28 is formed on the upper face 25 of the substrate 24 and the antenna part 21 is constituted. The antenna part 21 is fixed to a circuit board 23. The infrared transmission/reception part 22 including the emitting element 38 and the receiving element 39 of an infrared ray is stored in the chamber 27 of the antenna part 21.
