PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcasting program or promotion service matched to the taste of an individual user. SOLUTION: By recognizing voices in the conversation of respective uses viewing the broadcasting program on a terminal device 1, the figure of a speaker is specified and conversation contents are recognized. Then, such data are transferred through a communication network 2 to a managing center device 3 at the interval of a prescribed period, voice recognition data are analyzed in the managing center device 3, and the viewing history or taste of the individual user is grasped from the analyzed result.
