PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor consisting of a ring-type polar anisotropic magnet which has reduced cogging torque. SOLUTION: A magnetization yoke is provided with a magnetization coil and a coil groove, in matching with the number of magnetic poles of the ring- type polar unisotropy magnet of the rotor. The coil groove is disposed obliquely, to connect the points where the ring-type polar unisotropy magnet is deviated, only by the inclination angle which is equal to an optimum angleθat the upper and lower end surfaces of the magnetization yoke. The coil groove is formed bridging over the upper and lower poles of the ring-type polar unisotropy magnet, and the electric power is fed to the coil provided through the coil groove for sufficient magnetization of the ring-type polar unisotropy magnet.
