PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent display failure due to the discrepancy between the output video format of a digital broadcast tuner and the receiving level of a television receiver in a digital broadcast receiving system. SOLUTION: A television receiver video inputting part 220 is provided with a receiving level code generation block 210, the CPU 108 of a digital broadcast tuner video outputting part 110 recognizes the received level of the television receiver through the receiving level code signal lien (c) of a D terminal cable (m) and controls a video decode format conversion block 103, and a video signal of a video format fitting the receiving level of the television receiver can thereby be transmitted.
