PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly indicate the rate charged for a user's call. SOLUTION: The telephone system provides such a service that a user dials a number 1591 of a called party being busy ins calling over lines L1, L2 and then is informed of the call end of he called party over a telephone network when the called party ends calling. The device has a means for detecting whether that service is registered in the telephone network after the user dials '1591', and a CPU1 indicates a service registration rate on a display circuit 12 if the service registration is detected. Thus, the user can recognize the service registration rate charged for the user and see an indication of a call charge based on thereafter recalling the called party plus the service registration rate, thereby exactly indicating the rate charged for the user.
