PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a seal ring stopper structure for a mounting hole in a panel. SOLUTION: In the rear end of a large hood part 31 in a female housing 20, a base board 21 facing the back face of the panel 10 is arranged, and on the front side of the base board 21, a fixed lock part 40 and a movable lock part 44 to be locked in the opening edge on the front face side of the mounting hole 11 are arranged in a pair in the upper and lower parts. When an outer seal ring 50 mounted on the front face of the base board 21 is resiliently shrunk between the front face of the base board 21 and the back face of the panel 10, the circumference of the mounting hole 11 is sealed. When the outer seal ring 50 is installed in the large hood part 31, it is prevented from coming off by both lock parts 40 and 44. Because the lock parts 40 and 44 to the panel 10 are also used for preventing the outer seal ring 50 from coming off, the number of part items is reduced and the manufacturing cost can be lowered. The outer seal ring 50 pushed in while the movable lock part 44 is flexibly deformed is passed over along slanting faces 42 and 48 on the front faces of both lock parts 40 and 44, and consequently, the outer ring can be mounted smoothly without causing a damage.
