PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple-structured vending machine capable of facilitating take-out of a commodity easily and effectively. SOLUTION: A commodity receiving part 21 for receiving a commodity M dispensed from inside the main body 1 of the vending machine is supported (by a support mechanism) in such a way that the commodity receiving part is movable upward/downward between a descending position for receiving the commodity and an ascending position for facilitating the take-out of the commodity from a commodity take-out hole 22 opened in a front door 2. The commodity receiving part 21 is moved upward/downward by a gear mechanism 52, interlocking with the opening/closing of a cover 23 for opening/closing the commodity take-out hole. When the cover is opened, the commodity receiving part is located at the ascending position, and when the cover is closed, the commodity receiving part is located at the descending position.
