PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool data generating device and method, and a record medium in which the load on the operator is reduced by more simply editing a print object displayed as a preview image. SOLUTION: A spooled file can be previewed in correspondence to an operator's request (step S901). The preview image is edited on a screen (step S902), and is replaced by reflecting it to the non-edited spool file (step S903). Thus, even when finding a portion or page which is not desired to be printed out on the preview image, it is unnecessary that the spool file is broken to return again to applications to edit and print. |
