摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently promote user registration, especially, when the trend of a user is required to be grasped concerning the user who does not conduct user registration at the beginning of installation. SOLUTION: When a program is installed in a client computer, it is reported from a client to an information managing server and information for specifying the client is recorded in a register information recording part. When user register information is required, non-registered client is retrieved through the use of the registration existence judging means of the information managing server and an indication is transmitted to the non-registered client to urge him or her to perform registering.
