<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a multilayer ceramic board having a formed cavity, and free of warpages or undulations. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises laminated glass ceramic green sheets 4, 5 made of a glass-containing ceramic material powder to obtain a green sheet laminate 6 having a cavity 2 with an opening 9 positioned at a first end face 7, providing a first and second shrinkage suppressing layers 10, 11 containing a shrinkage suppressing inorganic material powder having a higher sintering temperature than the ceramic material along the first and second end faces 7, 8 of the laminate 6, thereby manufacturing a composite laminate 1, and baking it so as to obtain a multilayer ceramic board. The first shrinkage suppressing layer 10 is set thicker than the second one 11, so as to have rigidity higher than that of the second layer 11.</p> |
