<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output endless video with the use of a memory of a little capacity by suppressing the information quantity of video to a minimum. SOLUTION: The constitution of a transport stream to which program array information and a mechanism for display and decode are applied is incorporated into a sequence layer, within one frame, the constitution of the transport stream is stored in a RAM, and the addresses of the memory are endlessly outputted from a top address designated by a first counter to an end address. Only when data corresponding to these addresses are outputted from the RAM and the data of a second counter are outputted, switching is performed by a switching unit to keep continuity of data.</p> |
