PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an optical system and facilitate adjustment operation by fixing the output mirror of a laser oscillator. SOLUTION: The laser oscillator comprises a solid laser medium, an excitation light source for exciting the solid laser medium, an output mirror that is located on the light axis of a laser beam being emitted from the solid laser medium and is provided opposite to one end face of the solid laser medium, and a total reflection mirror for composing the output mirror and the resonator while being provided opposite to the other end face. The laser oscillator fixes the output mirror and at the same time provides the total reflection mirror with an adjustment mechanism for finely adjusting the light axis of the laser beam output.
