PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone transfer system by which users can realize a transfer function without making a separate contract with a carrier or a call for setting. SOLUTION: In the case when a transfer setting is completed by an operation part 11, when a call is given to a telephone device 2 via a subscriber line, a control part 5 allows a portable telephone function part 7 to start sending of a transfer destination telephone number for transferring, and allows a voice circuit switching part 4 to switch the subscriber line 1 to the side of the portable telephone function part 7.
