PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an electronic wrist watch having functions of communicating with a mobile telephone set to operate this, making a communication with the outside through the mobile telephone set and displaying information received by the mobile telephone set, and to provide a structure of the mobile telephone set collaborating with this wrist watch. SOLUTION: The wrist watch is provided with a communication means for making a two-way communication with a prescribed mobile telephone set, a display means and an information processing means other than a time display means. The information processing means has a function of allowing the display means to display information received from another party by the telephone set and transferred to the wrist watch and received by the communication means, a function of selecting, generating or storing e-mail information transmitted by the telephone set to another party, if necessary, address information and a signal for controlling the telephone set, and a function of transmitting the e-mail information, the address information and the control signal to the telephone set. The telephone set collaborates with the wrist watch.
