DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DETECTIVE MODULE OF CHARGED PARTICLE DETECTOR

PURPOSE: A device and method for manufacturing detective module of a charged particle detector are provided to mass-produce the detective modules used in the clearance type charged particle detector. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a surface table(120); a table(100); and a containing device(200). The surface table is for assembly of a detective module(105). The table supports the surface table and is movable left and right. The containing device is installed around the table and comprises a driving motor(250) and a plurality of decelerators(240); a lifting device; a containing frame(270); and pressurizing devices(300). The driving motor is fixed on a supportive frame(210) of the containing device. The decelerators receive rotary power from the driving motor. The lifting device is connected with output sides of the decelerators. The containing frames is connected with the lifting device to be vertically movable and has compartments to which the surface table and the detective module is contained from side. The pressurizing device are installed on all of the compartments of the containing frame to pressurize the surface table and the detective module contained.
