PURPOSE: A safety valve improving sealing is provided to prevent leakage of a fluid by mounting a bellows on an upper portion of a valve body and to prevent gas explosion. CONSTITUTION: A safety valve device improving sealing comprises a valve body(110) having input and output passages(112,114); valve chamber(117) formed by being combined to a valve cover(120); a valve seat(200) installed on the inlet passage by having a hollow shape; a ring(210) controlling pressure of a fluid by controlling height of a valve body(300); a circular receiving groove safely receiving the ring by being mounted on a circumference of the valve seat; a controlling pin(116) controlling movement of the ring; a guide ring(126) guiding movement of the valve body by being supported through a supporting pin(118); and a valve plate(310) facing to the valve seat; and a supporting holder(320) moved along the guide ring.
